As each of our garments is custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns on items. However, we stand by the quality of our workmanship. If your item arrives damaged and it is determined that the fault lies with our production, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
